THE PROCESS
Step 1.
Complete the form and submit, give us a call or send a WhatsApp message to get the process started.
Step 2.
We will schedule an assessment meeting (online or at the your premises) where the detail of your current system and needs will be discussed. We will then advise and assist you in deciding what solar solution is adequate for your needs.
Step 3.
On acceptance of the formal quotation, the date of the installation will be confirmed. Our qualified solar installation team will start all preparations for installation. Payment of the invoice as per the agreed terms must be made before installation commence.
Step 4.
Installation will take place on the scheduled date which will include all safety requirements, the installation of all modules, inverters, cables, electrical connections, batteries etc. and finally switching on all electrical connections.
Step 5.
Certification and installation acceptance by the client will follow after the installation is completed. This process will involve Helius Solar providing all relevant certificates and Warranties to the client after which the system is formally signed off.
Step 6.
Maintenance is key to a system performing to optimum levels. Where required, we will enter into a Service Level Agreement for 12 to 24 months where we will on regular basis assess, repair and replace any items causing problems.
